
The only one of the year takes place this weekend on December 3rd, but don't fret, there will be 2 more in January. On Jan 31st not only will we have a third consecutive Super Moon, but that means it will also be a BLUE MOON (two full moons in a month!) Be sure to look up at the sky just after sunset to have your mind BLOWN by how HUGE the moon looks! Always a jaw dropper for me and then I crave cheese!
My psychic intuition in regards to this trifecta of Super Moons is actually an energy triad for the human mind/body/spirit connection in their awakened state. If you want to take full advantage of this energy wave for the next two months, here's how you can start!
Right now and especially on December 3rd, focus on your physical health and start gathering the tools and set intention for your optimum physical well being. Diet, exercise and enough sleep are the key points that need attention during this full moon. A modified eating plan or cleanse may be in order and also finding new ways to get in extra physical activity. Be as creative as you want and don't limit yourself. If you've been wanting to try out a new diet, but aren't sure you can stick with the plan because you won't be able to eat dairy, do it anyway! If you've been wanting to pick up kick boxing but you don't think you can do it because you are 50, WHO CARES? At least try it! And, during any full moon it can always be of benefit to utilize the old "letting go of things that don't serve me" philosophy! We are getting ready for a new year, so a perfect time for cleaning house, so to speak.
